The Division offers consultation and treatment for a complete range of gynecologic disorders including malignancies of the female pelvis, urologic disorders, and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. The division also specializes in treating a variety of pelvic floor disorders including genital prolapse and incontinence. Pelvic reconstructive surgery is also available.Oncologic services available include colposcopic evaluations and laser therapy for dysplastic lesions of the vulva, vagina and cervix. Other cancer treatment includes radical and reconstructive surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. Patients may be entered into ECOG and RTOG protocols.Medical and surgical treatment is available for resistant vaginitis, dyspareumia, urinary incontinence, large pelvic masses, and uterine fibroids.
