Show someone you care by sending a FREE greeting card compliments of www.MyCardMaker.com and the Volunteer Department at University Hospital.

You can create whatever kind of card you want at www.MyCardMaker.com, including birthday, anniversary and holiday cards. Just email your card to the Volunteer Department at University Hospital (uhvolunteers@umdnj.edu) and your card will be hand-delivered during weekday business hours to the patient you designate. And you’ll even get a confirmation from the Volunteer Department when it is delivered so you can be confident that your well wishes were received.

Just follow the six easy steps below. Start by printing these instructions to use as a guide. Click on the Printer Friendly icon above and then select Print.

Click on the link below and a new web browser will open to the My Card Maker home page.

Create your customized cover using the Card Art Library or upload a file from your computer.

Add a personalized greeting if you wish, but DON'T FORGET TO SIGN YOUR CARD IN THE GREETING FIELD. We can only deliver cards that include the sender’s name.

Next, TYPE THE NAME & ROOM NUMBER OF THE PATIENT in the “This card was custom made for you by” field. If this is missing, we won’t be able to deliver your card.

Select the Email Card option.

If this us your first time using mycardmaker.com, you will first need to sign up before emailing your card. If you have already registered with mycardmaker.com, please select the sign in button and proceed to Step 6.

Enter the following information into the corresponding field.

By doing so, you will be emailing a copy of your card to a Volunteer at The University Hospital who will print your card and hand deliver it to the intended recipient.

In addition to receiving a confirmation from mycardmaker.com, you will receive an email response from a Volunteer at The University Hospital once your card has been delivered. That is, if you don't hear from that special someone first...
