The University Cosmetic Surgery Center offers the full
range of plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgical
procedures in an academic medical center. As a division
of the Department of Surgery at the New Jersey Medical
School (NJMS) – University of Medicine and Dentistry
of New Jersey (UMDNJ), the Center offers a level of expertise
unmatched in New Jersey. The staff of three board-certified
surgeons not only practice plastic surgery, but teach
at the New Jersey Medical School. They are leaders and
experts in their field, and yet understand the complex
and personal needs of their patients. Specializing
in surgery after weight loss, breast and body contouring,
and facial rejuvenation, the surgical team is caring,
concerned and highly sensitive. You are invited to meet

Surgeries are performed at University Hospital and
at the University Hospital Doctors Office Center Same
Day Surgical Suite. Specially trained nurses, anesthesiologists,
and nurse anesthetists assist in the procedures, which
are performed in fully-equipped, state-of-the-art operating
rooms.
