University Hospital - Abbott Vascular Indigent Care Implant Program

To enhance treatment support for uninsured and underinsured patients, University Hospital is working with healthcare company, Abbott Vascular, to offer cardiovascular care to our patients through the Abbott Vascular Patient Assistance Program. Through the Patient Assistance Program, Abbott Vascular donates products to University Hospital to treat eligible coronary artery disease patients with limited financial resources who are uninsured. Only coronary products manufactured and distributed by Abbott Vascular in the United States are covered by the Abbott Vascular Patient Assistance Program. Patient eligibility is determined by the hospital in accordance with local state laws.
