Referrals/Appointments Patients may contact the Brain Tumor Program directly or be referred by physicians or health care organizations. To assist in the referral process, each center has a referral relations administrator who can be reached during regular office hours (Monday - Friday - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) and is available to facilitate appointments, act as a liaison with referring physicians, consulting physicians, patients, and families, and facilitate emergency referral and telephone consultations with the respective doctors.
