Because insurance plans and products vary so much it is difficult to predict what is covered in part or in full. Generally speaking, if medical necessity can be documented, most plans will provide some sort of coverage. Predictive screening, on the other hand, is less likely to be included as a covered service.

Our staff will help you navigate your insurance coverage and will advise you on what referrals and pre-certifications may be required. However, payment of fees is the patient’s responsibility and you may be asked to pay in full at time of service, depending on your particular situation.

We will be happy to review all potential fees and encourage you to contact us for further information. Our office can be reached at 973-972-7859.
